Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the public beta.

Not professional or emergency care

Zevedaios is not a substitute for emergency services, medical or mental-health care, legal or financial advice, or pastoral authority. If you may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency service and a trusted person who can be physically present.

Your decisions remain yours

Zevedaios may help you examine options or find a next step, but it cannot know your full circumstances and should not take ownership of life-shaping decisions on your behalf.

Fair use and beta limits

Public beta accounts currently receive up to 10 chat messages in a rolling 24-hour period. Do not attempt to bypass usage or safety limits, interfere with the service, access another person's data, or use Zevedaios for unlawful or harmful activity.

A private tester invitation redeemed after 21 September 2026 may include 14 days of complimentary access from first activation. The invitation page shows this before activation. The period ends automatically, does not renew, and does not create a charge. The ordinary public-beta allowance remains available afterwards.

Optional membership and recurring payment

Where the founding-member offer is shown at checkout, a person who first subscribes by 31 December 2026 receives a recurring price of S$9.90 SGD per month while that subscription remains active. The standard price for new subscriptions is S$14.90 SGD per month. If a founding subscription is cancelled and the person subscribes again after the offer has closed, the standard price available at that time applies. Stripe charges the first monthly payment when checkout is completed. Free public-beta access remains available whether or not you subscribe, subject to the beta limits above.

Before checkout, Zevedaios asks you to confirm that you understand the recurring charge. Stripe displays the amount due and collects the payment details. Zevedaios does not store your full card number. Any applicable tax or additional amount will be shown at checkout before you pay.

Cancellation, billing management and refunds

You can update your payment method, view invoices or cancel through Manage billing on the Account page. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Permanently deleting your Zevedaios account cancels an active membership immediately before the account is removed.

Payments for a billing period that has already begun are generally not refunded, except where required by applicable law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed. Use the in-app Feedback page promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Price or membership changes

Zevedaios will provide clear notice before a material change to the recurring price or paid membership terms takes effect. A price change will not be applied retroactively to a completed billing period. You may cancel before a notified change takes effect.

Feedback and changes

You may choose to share product feedback. Feedback can be used to improve Zevedaios. Material changes to the service or these beta terms will be reflected in the app as the beta develops.
